Assigned parking is a privilege and may be revoked by Management if it is not used. Vehicles must have a valid parking permit displayed on the lower left-hand side of the rear window and may be parked temporarily (72 hours maximum) in designated open parking areas only on a first-come, first-served basis. The GREEN decal is valid only in an assigned space/carport. An approved hang tag may be mounted visibly on the mirror in place of a decal. Vehicles must be parked HEADING IN unless charging at an EV charging station. No boats, vans, trucks or trailers are to be parked on the premises without prior written permission. Residents must keep the registration of their vehicles current at all times. Nothing shall be stored in carports except in the storage bins. Vehicles which are non-operational or leaking oil must be removed from the premises. Resident will not permit vehicles to be repaired or serviced on the premises, and will not wash vehicles. There is no guest parking behind the gates or on the premises.
